Meet the Ministry Team
Angel Neil
Director of Music Ministries
and Accompanist
Angel has over thirty years of experience as a church musician, including directing adult, children’s, and handbell choirs in various churches throughout North and South Carolina. She is a resident of Lake City, SC where she teaches chorus, piano, and music theory at J Paul Truluck Creative Arts Magnet School and co-owns Palmetto Arts Academy. She has one son, Wyatt, and is married to Travis Yarborough.
Susan Nexsen
Coordinator of Children’s Ministry
and Administrative Assistant
A Pennsylvania native, Susan moved to Kingstree after college and has been in this area ever since. An experienced educator and passionate about children’s ministry, Susan creates meaningful educational and fellowship experiences for all ages.
